EMPIRE THEATRE, ISLAND BAY.
A splendid double-feature has been arranged at the Empire Theatre to-night. "The 'Mysterious J/ady" will be the main attraction. The plot is laid in Russia and Austria in pre-war days, and a romance is woven .into tlio gripping drama of nations who fought under tho Kuiso of friendship. Tho cast Includes Greta Garbo, Conrad Naßcl. Albert Toilet, and Richard Alexander. "The Ware Case" is the second film, and stars Stewart Rome and Betty Carter. The supporting cast includes lan-Fleming. Syd. Ellory, Bob Abel, and John Valentine. Max Davidson is starred in the Hal Itoach comedy to bo screened.
