DEATH OF A CHILD

NAPIER, This Day.
Frank Rose, a child' of eighteen: months, struggled half-way through Hie bars of his cot at the home of his foster parents, Mr. and Mrs. F. J. Shepperd, of AVest Shore, yesterday afternoon, , and was suspended feet downward, held at the waist. The child died from shock while endeavouring t<> free himself.
