LONDON, 29 th March,

The King enjoyed nearly three hours of brilliant sunshine in the grounds of Craigweil House. To-morrow a band from the Army School of Music will play on the lawn. The Queen will stay at Buckingham Palace on Friday night, to attend the Marchioness of Cambridge's funeral at Windsor on Saturday.

The Duke of Gloucester has left for Tokio to invest the Emperor with the Order of the Garter. He was farewelled by the Prince of Wales, Prince George, and the' Japanese Ambassador.
