A VISIT BY T-HE FIRST LORD

The First Lord of the Admiralty, Mr. W. C. Bridgeman, arrived at Gibraltar yesterday on a short visit to tho fleets, which recently.concluded their exorcises. He took up his quarters on the Queen Elizabeth, the flagship of the Mediterranean Fleet.
