BYLAW CASES
Offenders against the city by-laws were dealt with by Mr. T. B. O'Neil, S.M., at the Magistrate's Court oil Thursday afternoon.
Failure to obtain a driver's license cost John Roy £1;
Oswald Kelly was ordered to pay costs, 10s, on each of two charges of failing to comply with closing 61'ders. On a, similar charge, Wilhelm .F. Eggers was ordered to pay costs, 10s. For allowing stock to Wander, Norman Pago was fined £1. Arthur Burket and Frederjek G. Potter were each fined 10s for permitting the use of defective vehicles.
For driving without lights on his ear, John M'Donnld was fined £1.
A fine of 30s was imposed on James Barclay, who drove a car without A proper registration number.
