"The Times" Washington correspondent states that there are faint, but perceptible, indications that the question of American and Soviet relation's will soon recei"» President Koover's attention. Important business interests have already begun to bring, pressure on him to liberalise these relations, and thus enable au increase in working capital and goods to Bussia, but tho new President is unlikely to take hasty action, though it is known that he is willing to give the matter impartial consideration. There is already talk' of sending an economic commission of inquiry to Russia. /
