Her Royal Highness the Duchess of York has' acknowledged with cordial thanks a. copy of Miss Elsie K. Morton's recently-published book of New Zealand life and travel, "Along the Road."- A section of the book, illustrated with a photograph of the Duchess at Botorua, is devoted to- the Royal Tour of New Zealand, and a de luxe> copy, handsomely bound in jade green sude and gold.-was recently forwarded to the High Commissioner, Sir James Parr, for presentation to Her Royal Highness. In thanking the author, the Duchess says she will read the book with great interest and pleasure, and that it will always remind her of the happy time she spent in New, Zealand.
