SHETLAND SOCIETY.

The Shetland Society will hold a Tarewell evening in honour of and tendered to Sir Watson Clieyne, in the New Century Hall to-morrow (Saturday) evening, at 8 o'clock. A lecture will also be delivered by Mr. James Laurenson entitled: "Ancient Norse Festival and Historic Ships." Exhibits and sketches of ships will be on view. The lecture will be interesting to all Scottish people, who arc heartily welcome. Model Viking ship with crew will 1)0 shown.
