MEETING DISTURBED
BERLIN, 2Sth January. At Cologne a party of. Nationalists, in semi-military uniform, who had been celebrating the ex-Kaiser's birthday, disturbed a meeting where a French, professor was discussing the FrancoGerman understanding. Several of the. audience received minor injuries. A strong police force restored order and took possession of a number of stink bombs.
