ART INSTRUCTOR
THE TECHNICAL SCHOOL

Mi-. Christopher Perkins, who has been appointed to the position of art instructor at the AVellingtou Technical School, is to leave for New Zealand with his wife and three children on ISth January by the Buahine.
Mr. Perkins began teaching at the Gresham School in 1014, but his stay there was interrupted by his war service. In IDIS lie was doing instructional work at tho Army Corps Camouflage Office in France. From 1923 to 192(5 he devoted himself to private pupils, and from the latter date to quite recently he was art instructor at tho Oundlc School.
As a student Mr. Perkins attended the London University Slado School, the British Academy at Rome, and the Arena Goldoni, Florence.' At tlw present time he is in Jersey, where he is working for an exhibition of portraits, still life, and landscapes.
