FOREIGN MEMBERS ADMITTED
Australian Press Association. LONDON, sth September. The "Daily Telegraph's" Riga correspondent says that at the closing session of the Third (Communist) International (Comintern) at Moscow, tho Communist parties of New Zealand, Ireland, and other countries were admitted as foreign members, but the congress refused a request from Russian oppositionists for rcadmission.
