MINISTER IN "ANOTHER PLACE."
A reference by the Loader of the Opposition in the House of Representatives yesterday to the Minister who was acting as Minister of Marine prompted si quick correction from the Prime Minister, who" pointed out that the office was not now an acting one. Mr. Holland: "The trouble is that so many changes take place from time to time that we don't know who is Minister this week or next week." Mr. J. t\.. Leo (Auckland East): "It is like musical chairs." Mr. Holland remarked that he was sorry that the Minister (the Eight Hon. Sir Francis Bell, Leader of the Legislative Council) was not in the House. "I suppose there is a degree of comfort," ho added, "to a Minister who sits in 'another place' and can't liear the nice thinga that are being said hero about his Department."
