FOUR ON A MOTOR-CYCLE

(By Telegraph.) (Special to "The Evening Post.") AUCKLAND, This Day. The use of one motor-cycle as a conveyance by four people resulted in the appearance of the driver in the Magistrate's Court on a charge- of permitting pillion riding. It was stated that a man was sitting on the petrol tank in front of the driver,. and behind him were a girl and another man. The latter was carrying a gun and a large quantity of ammunition. A fine of £10, with costs, was imposed.
