Gloucestershire won by seven wickets. Derbyshire^ first innings 234 (Jackson 85), Leyland taking four for 47; and in tho second innings made 199 ■ (•Storcr 57), Macaulay taking live for •76. Yorkshire declared in tho first innings when eight wickets had fallen for 485 (Holmes 67, Mitchell 91, Sutcliffo 111,' Leyland 149), Worthingloa taking four for 67.
