DE LUXE THEATRE.
"French Dressing," a drama of married life, featuring H. B. Warner, Lois Wilson, and Cllve Brook, will be showing finally to-night at the De Luxe Theatre. The photoplay deals with the married life of two wealthy people, who, although having everything money could buy, were blind to the love they had for each other. There is a charming love romance which is Sncly developed. Considerable scope is given to H. B. , Warner for the enactment of a role that suits '•him admirably and proves his versatility In .many ways. Good supports are also shown, and the usual excellent musical programme is sup- ., plied both by Mr. Aarons at the Wurlltzer organ and by the orchestra. One of the most famous stage successes has .proved one of the most successful screen comedies in years. It is "Baby Mine," which commences screening at the De Luxe Theatre ■to-morrow night, with a matinee on Saturday, at. 2.30. Karl Dane and George K. Arthur, heroes of "Rookies," are starring as • comedy team in the new picture, which tells the story of two college youths who fall heir i to a couple of squalling Infants. This picture has a thousand and one laughs in it, and without doubt the funniest screened in .Wellington for many a long day. The supporting programme will be unusual. The box plans are at the Bristol Piano Co., Attken's Book Arcade, or the theatre.
