A General Rate under Section 120 of the Counties Act, 1920, on the Capital Value of all rateable property in each Rid-, ing of the County, as follows:— In the Epuui Riding which forms part of the outlying district of the said County, a rate of one penny and forty - hundredths of v- penny in the Pound (.£).*■ In the Heretaunga Riding which, forms part of the outlying district of the said County, a rate of one penny and • , eleven hundredths of a penny in the Pound (£). In the Horokiwi Riding which forms part of the outlying district of the , said County, a rate of one penny in the Pound (£). HOSPITAL AND CHARITABLE AID RATE. A rate under the provisions of Section 52 of the Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act, 1926, of thirty-nine hundredths of a penny in the Pound on the Capital 'Value of all rateable property in the County of Hutt, such rate being required to meet the contributions payable by the Council to the Wellington Hospital and Charitable Aid Board. SEPARATE RATE.~ A separate rate under Paragraph 2 and Section 171 of the Counties Act, 1920, of twenty-five oue-hundredths of one penny in the Pound (£) on the Capital Value] of all rateable property in the Raumati Drainage District for the maintenance of tho existing drains in the said area. DRAINAGE RATE. A drainage rate under Paragraph 2, Section 167> of the Counties Act, 1920, for the purpose of maintenance of the drains in the Wainui-o-Mata Drainage District, and in the proportions as follow:— • ■ On all lands classified as A in the Wai-nui-o-Mata Drainage District a rate of seventy-four hundredths of one penny in 'the Pound (£) on the Capital Value of the rateable property thereof. On all lands classified as B in the Wai-nui-o:Mata Drainage District a .rate of fifty-six hundredths of a penny in the Pound' (£) on the Capital Value of the rateable property thereof. SANITATION FEES. An annual uniform sanitation fee under Section 123 of the Counties Act, 1920, of twenty-four shillings (245) on all properties having a building erected thereon in the Pltanerton gnitaggn^- >TmED that all such rates and fees will be payable in one sum on the 31st July, 1928, to the Collector of Rates at the Offices of the Hutt County Council, 68, Lambton quay, Wqllington, and further that the Valuation Roll and the Wainui-o-Mata Drainage District Classification List are open for inspection between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. at the aforesaid offices until 21st June, 1928.
