The onlooker Is shown a bee caught high tip in a spider's wob, and tho spider about to devour Its prey, when in response to tho appeals for help a largo and frifcndly beetle attacks the spider's stronghold, releases tho bee, and takes all tho wob from off its body. .■The birth of a dragon-fly, along with dozens of other wonders, shows what a wonderful Him "Maya" really Is. Supporting "Maya" Is a good feature convedy, starring Larry Semon.- Scmon is noted for his powers of provoking mirth, and there arc sixty minutes of healthy amusemont. Commencing on 'Friday next is "The Vanishing Itace." Zano Grey is tho author of the story, and tho fllra depicts the life of the Red man. Tho production Is massive and plenty of action runs through tho' picture. .
