To declare.to have been and to be valid Title G, Canon 1, of the Canons of the said General Synod as set out in the Second Schedule to the said Act. 3. To provide that certain alterations, revocations, additions, diminutions, order--nT?i3*.or permittings already made by.the said General Synod or to be made- under"' the authority of the above proposed Bill" shall not affect or impair or be deemed to have affected or impaired the-identity of the said Church, or to affect, jeopardise, or impair the title of any property held by or in trust for the said Church or for the General Synod or any Diocesan Synod thereof, or by or in trust for any other organisations of the said Church. 4. To provide that the powers conferred by the said proposed Bill shall be in substitution for the powers purporting to be conferred by Clauses 2,. 3, and 4 of the Constitution of the said' Church: 5.
