BOMB KILLS TEN

(Received 24th May, 1 p.m.) BUENOS AIRES, 23rd May. A powerful bomb exploded with terrific forco in the Italian Consulate and killed ten people, all Italian immigrants, of whom three died instantly and seven in hospitals. Four members of the Consulato staff and sixteen immigrants wero injured. A second bomb, also of tremendous power, exploded shortly after in a chemist's shop in a crowded working-class quarter of the city, but nobody was injured, on account of a defect in the bomb which prevented its full forpe being exerted. Squads of detectives rushed to the Consulate, whero there is complete mystification as- to tho identity of the perpetrators or their motive, though anti-Fascist activity is suspected. Scenes of wild terror .followed the outrages. '
