Canal), Central America, British, French, and Dutch Guiana, Venezuela, Republic of Colombia, Peru, and Ecuador, per Mataroa, close at Wellington on Friday, 16th March, at 3 p.m. Mails which left Wellington on Ist February, via San Francisco, arrived at London on tho 2nd March. .
