Locicer-Lanipsoii, in reply to a question, said that tho frovernuient iiad been invited to a conference of tho capitulatory Powers to bo hbld in Cairo at a date unfixed to consider tho capitulatory rights. The British representatives would probably bo Lord Lloyd and tho British Appeal Court Judge.
