CHAMBERLAIN A TARGET

LONDON, 19th September. The "Daily Mail's" Riga correspondent says that tho Soviet War Commissariat reports that 80 per cent, of factories are supplied with rifles, with which the employees regularly practise. The targots consist of images of popularly hated people, including Mr. Baldwin, Sir Austen Chamborlain, and the American, General Dawes. Tho Chamberlain target is especially popular, special marks being awarded for hitting the monocle.
