(United Press Association.—Copyright.) SYDNEY, 19th Sept. Contrary to a report received yesterday that the stranded Riverina had been refloated and would arrivo in Sydney under her own steam, the latest advices stato that tho Riverina has not yet been completely refloated. The vessel is still iv the breakers, and it is estimated that it will be three weeks before she will reach deep water. Supplies of coal are being rushed to the stranded ship in the event of her being refloated earlier than anticipated. No explanation is forthcoming in'connection with last night's report that tho vessel was again afloat, but it is thought that it was due to mutilation of a telegram from the sccno of salvage operations.
