POLISH PROPOSAL
. GENEVA, 19th Sept. llio Third Commission dealing with disarmament has accepted the Polish proposal fpr outlawing war.
It was unofficially stated a few days ago that Poland's suggested all-round pact covers tho three principles of tho Protocol—security, arbitration, and disarmament—by providing for tho outlawry of all forms of war; secondly, arbitration in all disputes; and, thirdly, providing for tho stabilisation of present armaments until reduction is possible.
