LONDON, 19th September. In the -wheat market-cargoes are quieter owing to weak American week-end cables, mostly 3d to 6d decline. Parcels attract scarcely any attention, 6d to 9d decline.
Liverpool futures: October 10s 4 l-8d; December, 10s 4V4d; March, 10s 5%d; May, 10s 3/4 d. ■ . .
