Blaming sensational journalism for the Tecent country-wide epidemic of suicide, the new Police President has prohibited newspapers from publishing news of suicides on the first news page. They must be tucked away oa other pages without headings. Photographs of suicides are entirely ■ prohibited. Transgressors will be heaviiy punished.
