MAGISTRATE'S COURT
Police and summons cases at the Magistrate's Court to-day were dealt "with, by Mr. E. Page, S.M. y For liis second offence of drunkenness, Thomas Campbell, a gardener, aged 38, r.-as convicted aad ordered to pay medical expenses, totalling £1 18s 6d, in default seven days' imprisonment. On a charge of having cast offensive matter m a public place, Walter Codling was fined 10s and ordered to pay 10s costs. For a breach of 3iis prohibition order, Patrick Joseph Sheeby -vvas fined £1.
A first-offending inebriate was fined ss, in default 24 hours' imprisonment before Mr. J A. M'Gratl,, J.P., at the Mount Look Poiice Court this morning..
