(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) PALMEESTON N., This Day. At the Police Court, Frederick Edward Kowse and Harry James Edkins pleaded guilty to several charges of theft ana receiving stolen property in connection with missing bicycles at Palmerston North. They were committed to the Supreme Court at Wellington for sentence.
