Lord Balfour, who still plays Jawn tennis and takes a keen interest in the game, was ono from the International Lawn Tennis Club of Great Britain, representing thirteen nations.
[The late Lord Fisher, as a septuagenarian, was the supreme Naval head— that is> First Sea Lord—of the greatest Navy in the world's history in the .greatest war on record. But Lord Balfour, years older, holds the reins of the greatest and most far-flung over-sea empire, compared with which the empire of the Caesars was inconsiderable.]
