'MACMILLAN SAILS AGAIN

(United Press' Association.—Copyright.) NEW YORK, 3rd Juno. Northern exploration has resumed with the departure from Boston of Donald MaeMillan for Labrador, where ho will spend several months in scientific study. His plan is to erect a permanent observatory in tho Arctic region.

Mr. George Putnam, the well-konwn publisher, is scheduled to leave shortly on a similar expedition to Baffin Island.
