KARORI A UNDEFEATED. Karori A secured another victory after a close even game against Wesley on their own ground. From the outset the contest was fast and keen, with Karori slightly more on the attack than their opponents. Kobb opened Karon's account after about a quarter of an hour's play, by shooting an unexpected one past the Wesley custodian just after the latter had warded off an attack from another direction. Wesley retaliated in practically the same way, an attack from one side of the net being toltowed up by Brown scoring from the other. Roberts netted again for Karori before the spell, making the score 2 goals to 1 in favour of Karori. Even play lasted until near the close of the second spell, when Karori made a last minute dash, and Whitwell netted. Wesley did not score again in this half, and the game ended 3-1 in Karori's favour. Mr. W. Keys was referee. HUTT BEAT WELLINGTON.
