SHORTT'S THEATRE.
"College Days," the hilarious Harnld Lloyd picture, is being shown at Shortt's Theatre. It is the story of a first-year student vhose ambition is to be the idol of his fellow-students. But instead of achieving this worthy pinnacle by himself, he imitates others who have been popular., He is a pathetic figure, so that, even while? you laugh at him you are filled with sympathy for him, and when he finally triumphs you want to join the whole college in cheering him. The other picture is "Contraband, featuring Lois Wilson, Noah Beery, and Raymond Hatton. It is the story of a girl on the trail ■of a band of criminals. ,
