A Courtesy Club has been organised in Berkeley, U.S.A., with 800 .members,eacli of whom is pledged to strictly observe all traffic rules and regulations. Whenever'a motorist sees, another motorist violating a, highway law or rule of the road, the first motorist toots his horn three times. The second motorist realises his error and realises, also, that a fellow-driver notices if and, according to the theory of the thing, corrects las mistake or wilful violation and resolves iiot to do it again. ■
