ROWERS FOR OLYMPIC GAMES.
Speaking at the Petone Rowing Club's reunion last night, Mr. A. -Bayfeild, representing the N.Z.A.R.A., said .that the Olympic Association proposed' to st nd a team to the nest Olymp'je Games. The association considered that the amateur, sport which stood the greatest chance of success overseas was rowing, and ouVof a team of twenty-five, it was proposed, to send twelve rowing representatives,. including a coach and a manager.
