MINISTER OF EDUCATION
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) FEILDING, This Day. The Hon. E. A. Wright, Minister of Education, made an official visit here to-day on the invitation of the Chamber of Commerce. He received a civic welcome from the Mayor, Mr. E. Fair, and met a deputation from the local School Committee, which asked for an additional room. The Minister was the guest of the Chamber of Commerce at lunch, and in reply to a toast the Minister emphasised the need for attention to primary education. The Minister visited, all the schools.
