AUCKLAND, This Day. ] A fair amount of work but little ( jumping waa done this morning on the ( grass tracks at Elierslie. The weather a was fine, but the going was heavy. Haerera was going better than Gala Day at the end of six furlongs in lmin 21sec. Charlady did five furlongs in lmin 10 4-ssec, going nicely. King Emerald ran six furlongs in 1 mm 22 4-ssec. Luxurious was in front of Rina Mangu and Star Comet at the end of ' six furlongs in lmir 24 l-ssec. . Marble Boy covered four furlongs in 59 2-ssec. ' After breakfast Alonsoa and Wyom- . ing galloped seven furlongs in lmin 38 3-ssec, finishing together. . ! Benanee did strong work, sprinting ' the last three furlongs in 43 X-ssec. Lupineel and Anchor ran four furlongs 1 in 55 l-ssec. » . ' Omaha did strong work, running the first six furlongs in lmin 29sec. He continued on for another round. Golden Krist was in front of Royal Mint over seven furlongs in lmin 39 2-ssec. . Delightment was ahead of Ahingaro over six furlongs in lmin 23 2-Ssec. Master poon did the last three furlongs of his work in 43 2-ssec. . Com-.cal was going easily beside Tin Whistle at the end of'five furlongs in lmin 31 l-ssec. Queen Emerald beat Golden Gloss in one round in 2min. Harbour View took 58 l-ssee, for five furlongs on the .sand. ' , Beau Cavalier, Archibald, Dick, Ballymoy 11., and-others did strong work. The jumpers, Enare and Just John, were companions over a round of four schooling hurdles. Both jumped well. Stellatour also jumped satisfactorily. Arrivals include Black Mint, Indian Sage, Nadariiio, Waioeka Jack, Delightment, Mangahi, Black Cruiser, Town Hall, Ramblin' Kid, Mount Marta. .
