. The Supreme Court opened this morning. In. his charge to the Grand Jury Mr.: Justice MacGregor commented on the lightness of tho criminal calendar. There was only one case, tha^ of a. man charged with the theft of a bicycle and a lamp, or of securing them knowing them to havo been stolen. This was alleged to have occured nearly three years ago. . ' ';.'..
William Joseph Gee, who pleaded guilty in the lower Court to breaking and entering and theft, was sentenced to two-years' reformative detention.
