Burt and Co. by means of-false pretences Turner waß convicted and ordered to come up' for ■ sentence if called upon within' the .period of his probation. _ Having previously pleaded guilty to being an; idle and : disorderly person, Dalwyn Agnes Peters, a domestic, aged 17, was ordered to come up for sentence if called upon .within Jwo years, a condition being that she remains in the Salvation Army Homo at Auckland during that period.
