A iourth-man, John Enusmusson, appeared to-day in connection witli the charges of theft of a big sum from the Kailway .Department, being charged that he received £33 from two others knowing it to have been stolen. He pleaded guilty and was committed for sentence. The accused said that he had been ill and while oft duty John James Neilson druw his Pay.
