ARBITRATION COURT

ANOTHER FARMERS' PROTEST

(By Telegraph.—Pres3 Association.)

OAMARTJ, This Day. At a meeting of the North Otago A. and P. Association, the following motion was carried unanimously:— "That this meeting draws the attention of the PHme Minister to the fact that the primary producers are in an impossible position owing to the continued increases of wages granted by the Arbitration Court. We consider the Court is administered on wrong lines when the cost of living is the basis of all its awards and no account is taken as to the employers' ability to pay."
