(Deceived 12th March, 2 p.m.) LONDON, 11th March. . Mr. Charles Frederic Belcher has been appointed Chief Justice of Cyprus.
His Honour Mr. Justice Belcher, at present Judge of the High Court of Nyassaland since 1924, ia an Australian by birth, hailing from Geelong.
