A VERDICT OF WOT GUILTY.
The case against Charles Parker, a mar-i ried man, who was charged at the Supreme - Court on Thursday with obscen* exposure at Petone on 2nd January, wa* concluded yesterday afternoon, when the jury found the accused not guilty.
At the trial, Mr. Justice Reed was on the Bench. Mr. P. S. K. Macassey prosecuted, and the accused was represented by Mr! T. M. Wilford, with him Mr. E. Perry.
