KHANDALLAH PROGRESSIVE ASSOCIATION.

A meeting of the committee of tha Khandallah Progressive Association was held this week, Mr. M. S. Galloway presiding.

Members intimated that it was their intention to assist the movement to establish a new home for babies. Steps are to be taken to ascertain if the municipal milk delivery could be extended to Khandallah. . ■

Messrs. Galloway, Heap, and Rule are to wait on the Mayor of Wellington in. connection with certain matters affecting the district. Efforts are also to be made to secure the establishment of a branch fire station at Khandallah. ' ,
