A HANDY REFERENCE BOOK

The latest collection of information, dealing with many subjects, hardly describes in adequate fashion the 1927 issue of "The Daily Mail Year Book," just to hand from the publishers. Predominating events of the year are dealt with in articles by leading writers, adding considerably to a valuable permanent record of twelve' months' happenings. Women's interests, illustrated with typical fashions, provides an entirely new feature, which should be appreciated by a.-growing number of women readers, and, in addition, other items of interest to women. International politics and affairs are dealt with by, Mr. G. Ward Price, Dr. A. E. Dunstan^ Lady Hosie, and other equally competent writers. Valuable data is given concerning the Peerage and House of Commons, together with more than a thousand biographies of prominent persons. As a volume of reference, the "Year Book" is one of the most valuable of its kind, containing a vast. quantity of "potted^information. . "
