BRITANNIA THEATRE.
"The; Amateur Gentleman," Richard Barthelmess's latest Inspiration First National release, is the attraction which commenced at the Britannia Theatre to-day. "The Amateur Gentleman" is a romantic novel by Jeffery Farnol and is laid in the England of 1817. The leading role is that of Barnabas Beverly Barty, played by Richard Barthelmess, who determines to become a gentleman in London. His subsequent adventures and his final proof of genuine gentlemanliness is the high-light of the story. "The Chorus Lady," a Regal production, featuring Margaret Livingstone, is the second feature. The supports are excellent.
