CONTROL BUTTER ADVANCING: FINEST NOW UP TO 1665.

The New Zealand Dairy Produce Board has received cable advice that the price of New Zealand butter, finest grade, has advanced to 1665.

Tho Now Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Ltd., has received the'following cablegram from London, dated Ist December:—"Dairy produce: Butter —New Zealand choicest salted, stored, market firm? 156s to 158s per cwt (142s to 1445) ; controlled stock cleared, IGOs to 162s per cwt. Cheese: Controlled, 80s to 90s per cwt (84s to 85s). Market firm, with upward tendency."
