The weather was fine at the commencement, but before breakfast rain set in. Gala Day ran the la3t five of six furlongs in lmin 6 4-ssec. Boonierday galloped six furlongs in 1 mm 23sec. Laughing Prince sprinted four furlongs in 59sec. Mask dashed over three furlongs in 40sec. York Abbey galloped six furlongs in lmin 21scc. Tinokoa and Tinoiti took lmin 22sec for six furlongs. Te Kovoke and BaUychullish ran six furlongs in lmin 27 2-ssec. Nippy and Eden Hall sprinted four furlongs in 50sec. Gold Jacket and Kamehameha went round in lmin 54sec. Cureaform galloped six furlongs in lmin 21sec. * Tea Bell and Le Choueas sprinted three furlongs in 37 2-ss.ee. Te Monanui and Mint, Loaf covered four furlongs in 51 2-ssec. After breakfast Eing the Bell and Bold Front, sprinted four furlongs in 50 3-ssec. •A number of other horses did useful work, including the other members of J. T. Jamieson's and Hannon's teams.
