The Jersey Royal Court, after hearing medical experts, rescinded its former declaration that Lady Houston was incapable of managing her own affairs. ,
Lady Houston, widow of the late Sir Robert Houston* who left a fortune estimated at £6,000,000, was declared by the Jersey Court incapable jf managing her own affairs. A. controller was to be appointed pro tern.
