A claim for a Dominion award made by the sh.carers and shed hands is proceeding before tho Arbitration Couri, this morning. Mr. Justice Frazer said the only difficulty standing in the way uf a Dominion award was that neither aide had registered as a Dominion organisation. The award would in effect bo a Dominion one, but it would have to apply to each district separate-
The principal matter which the Conciliation Council had referred to the Court to Bottle was. wagos.
