Lunacharsky, addressing the Red fleet at Kronstadt, said: — Yours is a glorious mission, eclipsing that of any other fleets, because sou are destined, with the Red army, not only to stem the bourgeois attacks, but participate in the bloody battles of a world revolution. We must increase our preparations.
